Raising Astoria is the perfect party venue for birthday parties, baby showers, or other special events. The space is exclusively yours for your private party.
When you first walk into our open space, you see our Activity and Playroom which is brightly decorated with a unique NYC Skyline and Triborough Bridge Mural in Purple/Orange/Blue colors. With our multi-colored ceiling lights and disco ball bluetooth speaker, this room makes a great first impression as guests walk through the door! The floor is padded with foam tiles which are safe for children of all ages. We blow up our Bouncy Castle for one hour (recommended for ages 1-6 years) during the party which kids love!
Our second space, the Sensory Playroom is all white and has hardwood flooring. This room has a sensory wall of toys, a play house, a train table, and a play kitchen that keep the little ones entertained for hours. Included in this room are four- 6 foot long tables, 20 folding chairs for adults and 15 chairs for children. You can decorate the room as you wish; we will provide you with painter's tape to hang your decorations. We only expect the room to be left as you found it. There is a large restroom with a changing table in this room as well.
Our space can accommodate 40 people comfortably. We only charge for the space rental, not per child or adult. Catered food, hot or cold, is always welcome at no extra cost!
Basic Package ($400): Do-It-Yourself! You bring in your own decorations and food.
In the basic package you are responsible for bringing your own decorations, setting them up and taking them down within the 3 hour party rental time. Most people allocate 30 minutes to setup and 15 minutes to breakdown their decorations. We will help as much as we can as well! We recommend scheduling your party 30 minutes after your reserved start time to give you time to set up.

- (4) 6’ Long Banquet Tables
- (20) folding chairs for adults
- (15) children's chairs
- Use of all the toys
- 10 Latex Balloons (colors may vary)
- Speakers in each room which can easily connect to your phone
- Party lights in the front room for a fun dance party!
Premium Package ($600): We'll take care of it for you!
Select from our sample of decorations (Mickey or Minnie, Minions, Peppa Pig, Sesame Street, Hello Kitty, Paw Patrol) and we'll order pizza and set up the decorations for you! This package includes decorations, pizza, drinks and set-up and clean-up. You have 3 full of hours of entertaining.
Includes everything from the Basic Package, plus:
- Decorations, setup, and clean-up
- Pizza for up to 40 people; you're welcome to bring your own hot/cold food and snacks to compliment the pizza
- Plates, utensils, cups, napkins, party hats, tablecloths
Super Premium Package ($800): We'll take care of it for you and provide you with birthday party entertainment!
We will arrange for your choice of age-appropriate entertainment such as face-painting, music performance, or character appearances provided ample availability. Select from our sample of decorations (Mickey or Minnie, Minions, Peppa Pig, Sesame Street, Hello Kitty, Paw Patrol) and we'll take care of all the work; we just need a head count from you!
Includes everything from the Premium Package, plus:
- Your choice of one (1) type of entertainment:
- Character appearances
- Dance/Movement Entertainment
- Funikijam World Music Entertainment
- Jesse Jams Music
- Puppet show
*$100 Deposit is required to secure your date/time. The remaining balance is due the day of the party. Gratuity is not included.
- For every 1/2 hour that you are over your party end time: $50
- Each additional hour for facility rental: $100
- Additional hour of Bouncy Castle: $50
- Additional balloons: If you bring your own it's free, if we blow it up for you, it's $1.00/latex balloon; oversized mylar balloons vary on pricing.
Saturdays: 12 PM-3 PM or 3:30 PM- 6:30 PM (can be extended to 7:30 PM)
Sundays: 10 AM -1 PM or 1:30 PM-4:30 PM, or 3:30 PM-6:30 PM (Sundays have more flexibility)
We are flexible with the hours, depending on your needs, so please ask!
- Make sure your guests are aware of our NO SHOES and SOCK POLICY. All guests (adults and children) MUST wear socks. We have socks for sale, but we recommend bringing some in case people forget.
- Your party rental time IS the time of your rental, so make sure to allocate at least 30 minutes to SETUP the space and schedule your guests to arrive 30 minutes after your reservation time starts. The space will be available at the time of your rental only.
- Be aware of our bouncy castle policy, only kids 6 years old and under are allowed. We are very firm about this.
- A Raising Astoria staff person will be with you the entire time to answer any questions. As the party host, you are responsible for coordinating your schedule (food service, timing of the bounce house, and any other games/activities you have planned), you are also responsible for serving your food and cutting your cake.
- STROLLERS must be parked outside as no strollers are allowed inside due to fire hazard. We've never had an issue with this in the 4+ years we've been open.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: The deposit is refundable 30+days prior to the reservation date. Within 30 days, the deposit is not refundable, but you are not responsible for the entire balance of the party.
